From Our Mind To Your Nightmares: Grave Situations Films LLC came to life in June of 2006 from the mind of writer director Brandt McGuire. With his passion for all aspects of cinema and a driven focus on the concepts of horror and thrillers, Grave Situations Films is bringing back the beauty of the great character driven story with the power of old and modern methods of all out horror excitement.
The Man behind the Madness: Brandt McGuire started out with a passion for all things horror from an early stage. From growing up with midnight matinees, nightmares of monsters in the closet, and creatures under the bed there was only one path that he could follow and that was to create the best films possible that stuck in the heart from the connection to a great storyline and in the mind from haunting visual imagery. After graduating from Boston University CDIA he put his new set of skills quickly to work in both major motion pictures and network television. After several years working in the industry and constantly developing and increasing his love and knowledge of film he decided to take his experience and focus all his efforts on creating a company, Grave Situations Films, that he believes will one day be a major staple in modern day horror and film.
Mission Statement: From the minds and skills of dedicated and talented staff trained in all aspects of producing documentary and narrative as well as corporate and music videos, we aim to take the independent film world by storm. Grave Situations Films is bringing back the beauty of the great character driven story with the power of old and modern methods of all out horror excitement. We commit to putting the best story possible on the screen for the enjoyment of our audience. Our love and dedication shows in every frame we produce. Our goal is to provide a venue to amateur actors and crew as well as seasoned veterans to not only have an amazing theatrical experience but to provide a fantastic experience for the audience who pay to see the story come to life.
